On January 10 and January 24, 2024, Judy Levenson presented a two-part, interactive workshop about How to Investigate a Title IX Complaint. She covered a range of topics, including the investigator’s role in the Title IX Grievance Process, developing investigation strategies, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses and writing an Investigation Report under the Title IX Regulations.

Judy Levenson continues to keep abreast of rapidly changing developments in the Title IX area. She authored an article for the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Section Review (July/August 2023 issue) entitled, “Anticipated 2023 Amendments to Title IX Regulations and Proposed Action Steps for School Districts.” In the article, she discusses practical steps for K-12 schools and
