On January 10 and January 24, 2024, Judy Levenson presented a two-part, interactive workshop about How to Investigate a Title IX Complaint. She covered a range of topics, including the investigator’s role in the Title IX Grievance Process, developing investigation strategies, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses and writing an Investigation Report under the Title IX Regulations.

Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Human Resource Directors, Student Services Directors, Title IX Coordinators and other T.IX Team members attended the workshops. They participated in small group and interactive exercises which provided an opportunity for lively discussions and information-sharing.
