In an ongoing effort to help Title IX practitioners in K-12 schools keep current, Judy Levenson authored an article entitled, “Important Title IX Update and Issue Spotlight,” which was published in the January/February issue of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Section Review (p. 2). Attorney Levenson is a member of the MBA’s Civil Rights & Social Justice Section.
