Judy conducted a virtual webinar on October 27, 2020 sponsored by the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association (MIIA) for its member school districts and municipalities about the major Title IX sexual harassment regulatory changes and updates since the new regulations’ effective date of August 14, 2020.  School administrators, Title IX Coordinators, teachers and other school staff, as well as municipal officials, from more than 37 school districts and municipalities attended to learn about compliance issues.

Judy holds a Certification on 2020 Title IX Regulations Implementation from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA). She is available to assist individual school districts or groups of collaborating school districts with implementing the 2020 Title IX regulations by:

• Drafting required updates to policies, procedures, notices and handbooks (student and employee);
• Providing trainings to Title IX coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, appeal decision-makers and other staff;
• Serving as an investigator of formal complaints, including preparing investigation reports, or serving as the decision-maker, including preparing written determination reports.
