Judy Levenson Serves as Independent Investigator of Alleged Workplace Bullying and Harassment

Judy Levenson completed a months-long investigation and written report of alleged workplace bullying and harassment. Mistreated employees who are subjected to abusive treatment at work may be harmed psychologically, physically and/or economically. At the same time, abusive work environments may have serious consequences for employers, including reduced employee productivity and morale, higher turnover and absenteeism rates, and increased medical and workers’ compensation claims. For all these reasons, employers are encouraged to promote healthy workplaces by adopting and implementing anti-harassment and anti-bullying policies, codes of workplace conduct and/or contractual mutual respect clauses.
