On April 27, 2023, Judy Levenson received a certification from the national Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) to “Prepar[e] Your K-12 School/District for the 2023 Regulations.”

Certification topics included making policy and process changes required to comply with the anticipated new regulations, evaluating current T.IX staffing and determining recommended changes, developing a training plan for stakeholder groups, assessing current pregnancy services and supports and necessary changes, and distinguishing between sex discrimination and sex-based harassment
