In preparation for the August 1, 2024 effective date of the new Title IX regulations, on May 13, 2024, Judy Levenson completed a certification course about implementing the 2024 Title IX Regulations for K-12 schools and districts.  The course, offered by the national Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA), covered topics including the scope and applicability of the regulations, terminology and definitions including for sex-based harassment, Title IX jurisdiction, reporting requirements, resolution process, pregnancy and related conditions, and Title IX training and barrier analysis.
