Judy Levenson recently completed two ATIXA certifications and now provides critical services to K-12 schools as an ATIXA-certified independent investigator, independent decision maker or consultant and trainer about implementation of the 2020 Title IX sexual harassment regulations. Under the regulations, which became effective August 14, 2020,  schools are required to make extensive changes to their sexual harassment policies, practices and procedures. One significant change is that the person(s) investigating a claim of sexual harassment must be different than the person(s) deciding whether the claim violates a school’s sexual harassment policy. Judy is qualified to act in these different roles through her recent certifications.
