Judy Levenson Completes Two-Part Training: How to Conduct Investigations of Title IX Complaints of Sexual Harassment in K-12 Public Schools
On December 1, 2022, Judy Levenson presented Part Two of a training sponsored by the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association (MIIA) for staff and administrators of its member school districts and municipalities. The training addressed how to conduct detailed investigations of complaints of sexual harassment in K-12 schools under the Title IX regulations.
On December 15, 2022, Judy presented another training sponsored by MIIA providing an “Overview of Handling of Sexual Harassment Complaints under the Title IX Regulations.” This training is a prerequisite for taking the two-part investigator training, which Judy offers again to MIIA members on January 11, 2023 and February 1, 2023.
