As of January 2020, Judy will serve as a part-time Hearing Officer for the Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority.  The Health Connector is an independent public authority serving as the Affordable Health Care Act insurance marketplace for the Commonwealth. As an appointed officer, Judy will conduct appeal hearings for the Health Connector, including eligibility appeals and healthcare tax penalty appeals.
