On August 12, 2020, Judy conducted a virtual webinar sponsored by the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association (MIIA) for its member school districts and municipalities to discuss major changes for K-12 schools in the handling of sexual harassment complaints, effective August 14, 2020. More than 80 school administrators, teachers, Title IX Coordinators, other school staff and municipal officials attended to learn about required compliance with these regulatory changes that the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights and courts will enforce. Judy received a Certification on Title IX Regulations Implementation from the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA).

Judy is available to assist individual school districts or groups of collaborating school districts with implementing the 2020 Title IX regulations by:

• Drafting required updates to policies, procedures, notices and handbooks (student and employee);
• Providing trainings to Title IX coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, appeal decision-makers and all other staff;
• Serving as an investigator of formal complaints, including preparing investigation reports or serving as the decision-maker, including preparing written determination reports.
