On November 21, 2019, Judy conducted an interactive training sponsored by the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association (MIIA) for its member school districts and municipalities.  Judy’s program was titled: “Update on School District Liability: Nine Years After Adoption of Anti-Bullying Legislation and in the #Me Too Era.”  Representatives of more than 30 school districts, municipalities and police departments participated in the training held at the Holy Cross Hogan Campus Center in Worcester.
