On September 21, 2022, Judy Levenson presented an overview training about handling Title IX sexual harassment claims in K-12 schools for representatives of approximately 25 public school districts throughout Massachusetts.  The Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association (MIIA) sponsored this training as the first in a series of workshops addressing important and developing issues concerning Title IX. On October 26, 2022, Judy conduced Part One of a related two-part training for K-12 staff about how to investigate Title IX complaints. She will conduct Part Two of the investigator training on December 1, 2022.
