After 4 years of hard work and perseverance, my client, an unaccompanied minor from Guatemala, became a lawful permanent resident of the United States in time for the holidays!  With deep gratitude to Kids in Needs of Defense (KIND) and their tireless support and guidance, my client and I have endured this lengthy process with the best possible outcome.
