On April 27, 2023, Judy Levenson received a certification from the national Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) to “Prepar[e] Your K-12 School/District for the 2023 Regulations.” Certification topics included making policy and process changes required to comply with the anticipated new regulations, evaluating current T.IX staffing and determining recommended changes, developing a training plan

On May 3, 3023, Judy Levenson presented a training about Handling Title IX Sexual Harassment Complaints in K-12 Schools.  The Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association (MIIA) sponsored this training for administrators and staff from twenty-six of its member school districts and municipalities. The presentation included a preview of changes anticipated under the revised Title IX regulations
